Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of any product or service must be requested on the same day of placing the order.
Cancellation requests should be submitted via email to [support@knowforth.in] or through our customer support portal.
Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be canceled.
Any applicable service fees or processing charges will be deducted before cancellation is approved.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 days from the date of refund approval.
The refund approval process may take up to 10 days from the date of request submission.
Approved refunds will be credited using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Any non-refundable charges, processing fees, or third-party transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Knowforth Tech reserves the right to decline refund requests if the cancellation conditions are not met.

- Order ID
- Product/Service Name
- Reason for Cancellation/Refund
- Proof of Payment
Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 days from approval.

No refunds will be provided for digital products or services that have already been delivered.
Custom software development or consultation services are non-refundable once work has begun.
In case of technical issues or service disruptions caused by Knowforth Tech, we may offer alternative compensation or service adjustments instead of refunds.

Knowforth Tech reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
